Importance of certifications
Certification is a professional credential that states a course of study has been completed, an exam has been passed and specified criteria met. The certification is issued by a private organization, in this case either by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). The goal of certification is to increase the competency of the employees and inform others about it. A professional tree care company will provide adequate training and encourage the personal growth and development of their workers by assisting them in the certification process. This type of company will reduce the risks for their workers, and will also properly maintain trees to reduce the risks to the public.
